Interjecting herself in mid-century images from the 1940’s – 60’s, Greenburg creates convincing counterfeit moments liberating the pictures from reality and reminding us of photography’s fragile relationship with the truth. Revising History’s imagery is exceptionally sharp with a sly sense of humor.
